The Great Mosque of Algeri, which is under cosntruction, will be the biggest African mosque and the third one by size in the whole world.

The surface of the new construction will be 450.000 sqm and will be composed by twelve buildings, each one of them with a specific scope : for example there will be the Islamic college, the library, a cultural centre and a museum of the holy arts.

The main prayer room will allow up to 36.000 observants at the same time, while the whole building will be a point of interest for historians, researchers and students from all over the world.

In this project, TST is working on the executive design and the final project for the BMS concerning the HVAC system and the electrical engineering for the technical rooms.
