This building compelx is composed of 123 villas, offices, sporting center with swimming pools, mall and some common areas. The whole complex is made for the family of diplomats, high ranked Algerian politicians and delegations of foreigns governments during official visits in algeria.
tst worked on the engineering and design of the electriacal installation, mechanical installation, special systems, power plants and the electrical and mechanical distribution grids.
